Reset Aggregate E-file Status

The Reset Aggregate E-File Status utility enables Customer Service to update e-file status indicators after a system restore or database rebuild.

To get the most recent E-file Status:

This utility is available from any main manager or from an open return.

  1. From the Support menu, select Customer Service Utilities.
  2. From the list, select Reset Aggregate E-file Status.
